All USTs and MIDIs are created and tuned by Tofumoshi unless another user is stated. If that's the case, please credit the other user as well as Tofumoshi.

DO'S;

1. You must credit Tofumoshi when using his USTs or MIDIs. You may credit him as Tofumoshi or 豆腐喪死.
2. You are allowed to make VSQx's and other derivative files without permission

as long as you credit him
3. You are allowed to take tuning commissions using Tofumoshi's USTs as a base

as long as you credit him.

4. You are allowed to redistribute your edits of Tofumoshi's USTs privately without permission.

 

DON'TS;

1. Do not use Tofumoshi's USTs or MIDIs if you don't plan to credit.
2. Do not use Tofumoshi's USTs if you are going to insult or defame him in the post.
3. Do not release derivative USTs of Tofumoshi's USTs publicly without his permission.

4. Do not publicly redistribute any USTs of Tofumoshi's that have had their DL's removed unless he is unreachable and no longer active in UTAU.

5. Do not use Tofumoshi's USTs or covers for any RVC AI covers ever.

 

Anyone is allowed to use tofumoshi's USTs no matter what their opinion of him is or their past with him is, just so long as it isn't done in a hateful manner or the user credits him.
