DON'TS;

1. Do not use any of Tofumoshi's UTAUs for hate-speech, harassment, or anything purposely offensive in nature.
2. Do not pitch any of Tofumoshi's UTAUs up or down to create derivative voicebanks.
3. Do not create any derivative voicebanks or UTAUs made from Tofumoshi's voicebanks.
4. Do not use any of Tofumoshi's UTAUs for commercial work or things you plan to sell without first consulting him to receive permission. He doesn't want a cut or anything like that, he just wants to be made aware of things.
5. Do not redistribute any of Tofumoshi's UTAUs publicly, especially if they've been pulled from public download. There is likely a reason. If he, however, has left UTAU and is unable to put a DL back online, please feel free to redistribute them.

6. Do not upload any of Tofumoshi's voicebanks/UTAUs to twitter bots(such as the vocal synth of the hour twitter), or to review sites(such as the utau-bowl tumblr). No disrespect to the people who run those sites, but he feels uncomfortable with his voicebanks/UTAUs being uploaded to them, especially without his consent.

7. Do not turn Tofumoshi's voicebanks into RVC AI voices without his consent.

8. Do not use Tofumoshi's voicebanks in covers that also include an RVC AI voice without his consent.

9. Do not redistribute publicly or privately an RVC AI voice of Tofumoshi's UTAUs for any reason.

10. Do not use Tofumoshi's UTAUs if you have been blocked by him.

11. Yumeshipping with Tofumoshi's UTAUs is NOT ALLOWED. Tofumoshi does not have any opinion on the ethics of Yumeshipping as a whole, but does not like it when it's done with his UTAUs as all of his UTAUs are personal to him.

DO'S;

1. R18 content is allowed of Tofumoshi's UTAUs that are adults.
2. Shipping WITH FICTIONAL CHARACTERS is allowed with Tofumoshi's UTAUs as long as the ship is not forced upon him as canon. Canon sexualities of said UTAU can be disregarded for shipping.
3. Editing oto's and aliases of Tofumoshi's UTAUs is acceptable as long as they are not redistributed without permission.
4. Any subject matter in a song is allowed with Tofumoshi's UTAUs as long as it does not break any listed rules.

5. You may make original songs with any of Tofumoshi's UTAUs as long as it doesn't violate rule 4 of the DON'TS.
6. Please send any uses of Tofumoshi's UTAUs to him! It would make him very happy for someone to use his UTAUs.

7. Turning Tofumoshi's UTAUs into diffsinger voicebanks is allowed without permission, but please do not redistribute them without his knowledge or permission.

8. Converting Tofumoshi's UTAUs into a functioning openUTAU voicebank is allowed without permission, but please do not redistribute them without his knowledge or permission.
